Yamuna Forzani’s Dazzle Ferry was inspired by the Dazzle Ships used in the First World War. With the intention of using abstract patterns in contrasting colours that made it more difficult for the enemy to estimate the speed, distance and direction of the sailing ship.

This series of new sculptures celebrate gender diversity in public space and provides an insight into the universe of artist, designer and queer activist Yamuna Forzani. On view 22 June to 20 August at NDSM and on the ferry sailing between Central Station and NDSM.
